1️⃣ How do I receive my digital downloads?
Once you complete checkout, you’ll instantly receive a download link on the confirmation page and in your email. Your files are yours forever - no expiration date, no limits.
2️⃣ What should I do if I didn’t get my file?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still missing? Email me at laura@unfilteredgoods.shop and I’ll resend your download within 24 hours.
3️⃣ Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Because everything here is an instant digital download, refunds aren’t typically offered. But if you have an issue (like a broken file or technical glitch), I’ll always make it right - just reach out.
4️⃣ Can I use your templates for my own shop or classroom?
Absolutely - for your personal or classroom use. You can’t resell or share them commercially unless a product specifically includes a resell license.
5️⃣ What format are your downloads in?
Most of my products are PDFs or editable Canva templates. Each listing clearly says what’s included and how to open it.
6️⃣ How do I open a Canva template?
You’ll get a link that says “Use Template in Canva.” Click it while logged into your free Canva account - it’ll open instantly and save to your dashboard.
7️⃣ Do I need special software to use the downloads?
Nope! All you need is a free Canva or Adobe Reader account, depending on the product.
8️⃣ I have an idea for a digital product - can you create it?
